The Fennoscandian Mining Award can be presented by the organizers of the Fennoscandian Exploration and Mining Conference - FEM - to individuals, working groups, companies, associations or any other entity deemed appropriate by the Award Committee for an outstanding contribution to the Fennoscandian mining industry or for outstanding achievement within the industry.

Rules for the Fennoscandian Mining Award

1. The organizers of the FEM Conference can present Fennoscandian Mining Award(s) in connection with the aforementioned conference or with the frequency deemed appropriate by the award committee.

2. The Organizing Committee of the FEM Conference will nominate the Award Committee consisting of minimum three persons representing the industry and academia.

3. The Fennoscandian Mining Award can be awarded to individuals, working groups, companies, associations or any other entity deemed appropriate by the Award Committee for an outstanding contribution to Fennoscandian mining industry or for outstanding achievement within the industry.
