Ian Glacken

Ian Glacken is a geologist and geostatistician with almost 30 years international experience in the mining industry. He was educated in the UK, the USA and Australia. Ian worked for WMC resources worldwide for 16 years and then was General Manager - resources and training for the Snowden Group for over 10 years.

At Optiro, Ian is a Director and Principal Consultant. Ian has presented over 200 courses to thousands of students over a 20 year period and specialises in resource estimation, auditing, QAQC and reconciliation studies.
