The Conference Buffet Dinner on Wednesday will be held at Hullu Poro Areena (Crazy Reindeer Arena) located in the center of the Levi village, right next to the front slopes. The dinner venue is within easy walking distance from the hotels at the Levi village.

Dinner Table Reservations
Companies can reserve seats at the dinner in advance. The reservations apply to full tables only, not individual seats. Reservations must be accompanied with a payment for the whole table.
The price for the dinner is € 70/ seat.

Please make your reservation by using

online table reservation form.
Reservations will be made on a first-come first-served basis.
Contact person for the reservation - must be one of the participants as the dinner tickets for the whole table will be included in his/her conference materials. If you send to the conference office the list of invited guests at your table, the dinner tickets will be included in their personal materials.
Please inform those invited to your table about the reservation - to avoid buying double tickets for the dinner. Extra tickets will not be refunded.
