The trade show will offer companies and organizations operating in exploration and mining an excellent opportunity to promote their operations, services and products to conference participants worldwide.
The Trade Show is divided into two sections. The first floor is reserved for exploration and mining companies, and the ground floor for exploration and mining services sector.
Each company can reserve only one booth, with the exception of Main Sponsor and Platinum Sponsors.
Booking timetableRenewing exhibitors from FEM 2009 have priority renewal on booth space for FEM 2011. Organizer will contact these companies. The priority renewal deadline is 28 February 2011. Once priority renewal booth assignments have been completed, all un-renewed booth space will be assigned to new exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis, starting on 1 March 2011. |

The booth price includes
The booth price does not include furniture.
The Canada Pavilion on the first floor (booths no. 7-16) is arranged by the Canadian Embassy in Helsinki together with the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC). It is meant for Canadian companies interested and/or exploring in the Fennoscandian Shield of Northern Europe. Please note that the deadline for pavilion registration is 1 August 2011.
Booth furniture will be ordered directly from the trade show constructor MSP Event Oy and paid to them. Contact information and instructions in the material below.
Booth reservations for the FEM 2011 Trade Show are made by using the online form . Please indicate your first and second choices for booth preference. Fees for booths are charged immediately after confirmation. Booth prices include VAT 23%.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing to Rovaniemi-Lapland
Congresses. Trade Show fee will be refunded if cancellation is
received before
1 August 2011. No refunds will be made after this
date. Please note that a processing fee of €50 will be deducted
from all refunds.
